Announcing the Grand Opening of The Connoisseurs of Life Showroom

Representatives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty announced today the official grand opening of their new flagship branch office at 15 Lake Street in downtown Kirkland.  The firm opens to the public at 11:00am on Saturday, March 1st, 2014.  This debut follows a series of private events and promotions within the Connoisseurs of Life Showroom, which fronts the real estate brokerage and includes a new downtown Kirkland office for Cobalt Mortgage.  The retail partnerships are comprised of an independent wine bar and retail wine shop operated by DeLille Cellars called “Maison DeLille”, a dramatic installation by LightArt®, high-tech presentations by Wipliance, furnishings and artwork from MasinsAlchemy Collections and The Island Gallery, and even an integrated photo booth by The Snap Bar to capture the events.

“Following six months of design and construction, we’re eager to open for business,” said Dean Jones, Owner of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “Our concept is to feature retail partners and exhibitors that target the connoisseurs of lifecreating a consumer experience greater than just another real estate brokerage.  We view the showroom as a lifestyle destination converging homes, art, wine and design.  In addition to drawing traffic to our real estate team and partners, our brokers will benefit from this entertainment venue as they host their own events and promotions in the heart of Kirkland.”

The Kirkland branch of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is opening with 36 licensed agents and accepting interviews for additional broker recruits.  Chad Zinda is appointed as the Designated Broker & Director of Sales and Shelley Cribbey is the Kirkland Office Manager.  The broker collective will primarily specialize in Eastside real estate but will proudly service all property types and price points in the metro area and out of state through strategic referral networks.

The private preview events have already drawn praise from local leaders in the Kirkland community.

Global Networking Event Unites More Than 1,400 Of The World’s Top Real Estate Brokers; Spotlights Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest was well represented at the 2013 Global Networking Event (GNE) held June 2-5 in Los Angeles as more than 1,400 brokers from around the world converged at a fully-booked LA Live.  While Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty represented only a small fraction of the audience, the company and the region received significant attention throughout the conference.

  1. By example, Philip White, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty specifically called out efforts by RSIR to exercise international real estate networks by successfully closing numerous sales in the Seattle and Bellevue markets to foreign buyers from Asia
  2. Stacy Jones being on the center screen in a compelling video about leveraging the referral network, which was viewed by the entire audience of more than 1,400 members
  3. RSIR hosting the Dragon and the Pearls event, which attracted the Pacific Rim affiliates and showcased major West Coast markets – the presentation evolved into an impactful think tank on joint market efforts into Asia (and specifically China)
  4. Both Dean and Stacy Jones hosted independent panel discussions about leveraging the Sotheby’s Auction house, whereas Stacy spoke of her success hosting events and Dean profiled a valuable auction house referral for a unique property listing in Southeast Alaska
  5. Andrea Savage hosting more than 200 of the owners and managers as she profiled the latest Collection Magazine to rave reviews (this magazine will be distributed in the Pacific Northwest in July)
  6. Meeting Erik Wahl personally after he dazzled the audience with this artistry, wit and personal triumph (several RSIR brokers were moved to tears during his performance)
  7. Sitting poolside before the GNE started officially with members of the RSIR family and introducing new broker recruits that were exploring the brand (later learning that 100% will be joining RSIR)
  8. Dean Jones was a panelist alongside other marketing leaders within the global network for “The Next Generation of Communications: The Convergence of PR and Social Media” sharing his success stories in promoting real estate through unique platforms
  9. Wendy Purvey presenting the Anthology package with her trademark passion, which upon conclusion was met with a standing ovation
  10. Reviewing the feedback from RSIR brokers after the GNE, in their own words, explaining what they experienced (see below)
