Real Estate on Bainbridge Island continued to see a decline in residential median home sales prices from 2010- down nearly 8.5%. Number of closed sales showed a slight increase of about 1.5%. Condominiums however, fared much better with only a 3.5% decline in median sales price and an significant increase in number of sales of about 26.5% percent!
The price segment with the most activity was the $500-$549,999 range with approx 35 sales representing about 25% of all sales. In general the $300,000-$550,000 range comprised of approximately 50% of all sales. The over $1 million mark accounted for nearly 10% of all sales.
