Recently, I had the pleasure of attending the Global Networking Event for Sotheby's International Realty held in Miami Beach, Florida. I had a fantastic time and got to witness firsthand what the Sotheby's culture is all about. Many of you might think that Sotheby's Realty is only for  luxury real estate. In fact, that is something that I had once thought. But what I found out is that what Sotheby's represents is not an exceptional price point, but exceptional properties and exceptional marketing for all of our listings.  I dare say that there is no other real estate firm quite so positioned as to offer its clients TRUE global  exposure. And the exposure is not only just online and in print marketing- it is in the people! I made connections with agents all over the country - many of whom are in "feeder" markets to Bainbridge Island. I was surprised at how many brokers in Palm Springs, Hawaii, New York and Dallas had heard of Bainbridge Island.
